At SOKOLLAB, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original, sealed packaging and that all security tags or holographic stickers remain intact.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in a sturdy box with the RMA number clearly written on the outside to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
